What is The Fun Center at Paige’s Crossing Refund Process?

In the event, you paid for one of our services & you would like a refund for the fee paid, please contact info@paigescrossing.com or call 260-244-5757 & your call will be escalated to a manager who will be able to surely help you with your claim. If you overpaid for any product or service, then we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the method of payment that you used for making the payment for the service. The process is as follows:

  • Submit your claim by email or phone by emailing info@paigescrossing.com or calling 260-244-5757.
  • The supervisor will surely look at your account details & check whether you overpaid for a product or service. If an overpayment was made, the supervisor will refund the funds back to your method of payment.
  • Expect to receive the refund within 5-7 business days.

The Fun Center at Paige’s Crossing products and services sales are final. Refunds are only made on an overpayment. For instance, if the system overcharges your card or double bills you, we will refund the overcharge or the double billing, but not the actual purchase amount for the product. Exceptions can be made, just kindly email us your case for your refund and a manager will give you excellent customer support.

At the time any refund is processed, you will be notified via email along with the details of the refund & will issue the refund back towards the form of payment used for making the purchase.
